The Annual Meeting brings together the country's leading Housing Credit stakeholders including syndicators, investors, lenders, developers, legal and accounting professionals, and state allocating agencies, for two days of professional development and networking.

Attendees will hear the latest from AHTCC's legislative team and Capitol Hill, learn advocacy best practices, and discuss legislative priorities and strategies for the coming year.
AHTCC is also hosting a Women of Affordable Housing breakfast on Tuesday, January 24th. Women are invited to attend this special session featuring several women prominent in their fields and learn about the changing face of advocacy and politics as well we innovation and branding opportunities.
NEW FOR 2017! AHTCC is offering a golf opportunity for Wednesday, January 25th following the conference sessions. Players interested in participating may register online. Cancellations will only be accepted until December 26th after that date we will work with players to transfer their registration to a new player if possible. Spouses and guests welcome.
