AHTCC Signs Industry Letter Regarding SEC Audit Process

September 06, 2007

In a September 6, 2007 letter to Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services Barney Frank (D-MA), the Coalition encouraged the committee to permanently exempt audits at the Housing Credit operating partnership level from certain SEC audit requirements.

The letter was co-signed by the Housing Advisory Group and the National Association of Home Builders.
