AHTCC Submits Comments on IRS Qualified Contract Proposed Regulations

On Monday, September 17, 2007, the Coalition submitted comments to the Internal Revenue Service regarding their proposed qualified contract regulations.   The comments address many of the issues the Coalition feels remain unresolved in the proposed regs.

A hearing is scheduled for mid-October.
