IRS Releases 2007/2008 Priority Guidance Plan

On Monday, August 13, 2007, the IRS Released its 2007/2008 Priority Guidance Plan.

Of importance to Housing Credit industry participants, the plan indicates the Services intention to provide final regulations on both utility allowances and qualified contracts.  Tentative guidance on both topics was previously released with public comments due by mid-September and hearings scheduled in October.
