SENATOR SUSAN COLLINS (R-ME) PRESENTS AWARD TO LOGAN PLACE

Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) presented the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award to Logan Place of Portland on June 7, 2006 at the 12th Annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards luncheon on Capitol Hill.  Mr. Dana Totman, President of Avesta Housing in Portland, accepted the award.  The award is given by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and honors exemplary housing developments funded in part by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.  Awards are given in four categories, Logan Place received the award for “Special Needs Housing”.
