Brett is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan and is the Head of Structured Housing Investments.  With nearly 30 years of experience directing multifamily real estate transactions and portfolios, he has been with J.P. Morgan’s Tax Oriented Investments business for more than 20 years managing key client relationships, deal teams, originations, underwriting and asset management, and is a member of TOI’s Housing Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee.  Brett is a graduate of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwestern University and serves on the Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition in Washington, D.C.
