Amy Dosen joined Gardner Capital in October 2017.  She is Managing Partner, and is responsible for development operations, and capital markets for the company. She has over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, working for various firms specializing in state and federal LIHTC syndication. Amy received a Master’s degree in Business Management from Ashland University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Kent State University.
