Daniel Perl is a Managing Director with Wells Fargo’s Community Lending & Investment (“CLI”) group. In this role, Daniel is responsible for originating and structuring LIHTC equity investments. Daniel has more than 20 years of affordable housing and community development experience. He joined Wells Fargo in 2012 after previous roles with a LIHTC syndicator and affordable housing developers. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Master in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children.
