Matt Hodges is Senior Vice President of Cinnaire, a nonprofit, mission-driven Community Development Financial Institution.  Matt oversees Cinnaire’s investor relations and capital raising team, as well as the firms broker dealer relationships for their tax credit equity syndication platform.   Prior to joining Cinnaire, Matt spent over a decade at Meridian Investments, where he was heavily involved in the placement of more than $3 Billion of tax credit equity to institutional investors.   Matt serves on the Leadership Council of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition in Washington, D.C.   He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with minors in Accounting and Marketing from SUNY Oneonta.  Matt Lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with his wife and two children.
