Elizabeth M. Stohr is director, New Production, Affordable Housing Tax Credit Investments at U.S. Bank Community Development Corporation (USBCDC) managing all new investments in affordable housing for the CDC. USBCDC makes tax credit-based investments (Section 42, Historic, New Markets, Alternative Energy) in the bank’s footprint. The CDC has over $11 billion in tax credit-related investments which are comprised of direct and certain fund investments. She has been with USBCDC since March 1997.
Beth has been in real estate finance since 1980, working at predecessor banks to U.S. Bank as well as Continental Bank in Chicago and Boatmen’s Bank in St. Louis (both now Bank of America). Beth served as the 2008 president of the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC) and currently serves on its board. She also serves on the board of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC), as well as the board of RHCDA, a St. Louis-based nonprofit affordable housing developer. Beth received her master’s in management from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
