Megan John is Director of Advocacy and Engagement at the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC), where she supports the organization’s legislative and regulatory efforts to expand and strengthen the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit through advocacy and member engagement. Megan joined the AHTCC from Enterprise Community Partners, where she advanced the organization’s outcome reporting structures to better articulate nationwide impact, and supported organization-wide strategic decision-making, performance measurement, and evaluation. Prior to joining Enterprise, Megan served as a fellow at the Real Estate Assessment Center within the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she led the data components of a White House Interagency Initiative. She has a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia College at Moorhead, Minnesota.
