Ryan Sfreddo

Red Stone Equity Partners

AHTCC First Vice-President, Legislative Committee Chair

Ryan Sfreddo is President of Red Stone Equity Partners where he is responsible for leading the firm’s affordable housing tax credit syndication business, focusing on acquisitions, investor relations and portfolio management.  Prior to being named President in January 2020, Ryan served as Managing Director of Investor Relations where he oversaw the marketing and distribution of the firm’s tax credit investment products.  Prior to joining Red Stone Equity Partners in 2011, Ryan was a Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group where he oversaw its tax credit fund management business consisting of structuring, marketing and closing its institutional tax credit investment funds.  Since 2002, Ryan has played a significant role in raising more than $10 billion of institutional equity for tax credit investment funds.  Prior to 2002, Ryan was responsible for the acquisition of properties financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits and/or Historic Tax Credits, having directly participated in the structuring, negotiating, and closing of more than 200 real estate transactions, resulting in more than $1 billion of net equity investment and the creation and/or preservation of more than 25,000 residential apartment units. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, with concentrations in both Finance and Pre-Medical Studies, from Boston College.
