123 Club Apartments, originally constructed in 1996, is the 2018/2019 re-syndication, acquisition, and rehabilitation of an existing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) community. The property consists of 20 two-bedroom homes and 20 three-bedroom homes in 8 two-story and three-story buildings. Before acquisition, occupancy was restricted to families earning up to 50 percent and 60 percent of the area median income (4 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom homes at 50 percent with the remainder at 60 percent), and these populations are still the intended residents for the new property.

Each apartment received a comprehensive amenity package during the renovations. Community amenities also include an expanded community building with community room, a leasing office/on site management, fitness center and computer/business center, playground, basketball court, and a gazebo with a picnic area. The property is fully occupied as of 2021.

This property was financed using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit). Financing for 123 Club Apartments was facilitated by R4 Capital Funding. The developer is The Woda Group, Inc.
