PATH Villas at 4th Street is a four-story building with 94 homes, that’s 100 percent dedicated to permanent supportive housing development serving seniors 55 years and older who are experiencing chronic homelessness. Located in the northern region of San Jose, the development features 65 studios, 28 one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom apartments. PATH Villas at 4th Street was designed with the community in mind, aiming to build trust and camaraderie amongst its residents and the dedicated staff.

PATH Villas development strives to empower a community that is often neglected or mistreated. PATH Villas at 4th St is now home to 93 seniors who were experiencing homelessness and is effectively addressing the prevalence of homelessness in Santa Clara County. For the PATH team, this development represents a tailored solution to a growing problem in one of the most expensive housing markets in the nation and works to support residents in a fight to break the cycle of homelessness.

This property was financed using the 9 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit). Financing for PATH Villas at 4th Street was facilitated by the National Equity Fund and developed by PATH Ventures.
