The lower floors host community service agencies, including the West Virginia Metro Agency on Aging, Marshall Health, Hospice of Huntington, Christ Temple Church, and Cornerstone CDC, offering supportive services for residents and the wider community. Situated in downtown Huntington, the property is close to healthcare facilities, shopping, government offices, universities, public transit, and a VA medical clinic.

This property was developed by Winterwood Development and financing was syndicated by WNC and Associates, utilizing the 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
