David is the Vice President of Investments at Tredway where he is responsible for underwriting, structuring and leading the development of affordable and mixed-income housing in communities where it’s needed most.

Prior to joining Tredway, David was a member of Fairstead’s acquisitions team, where he helped lead the redevelopment of over 2,000 units of affordable housing across the country. Before Fairstead, David held positions at the Rockefeller Group and the Related Companies. He began his career in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking group.

David holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
