Heather Perry is the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) which is based in Carmel, Indiana. Heather has specialized in the real estate industry for 24 years providing a variety of accounting and auditing services for entities owning real estate developments. Heather’s portfolio of clients includes primarily multi-engagement affordable housing clients in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She is very experienced with audits that adhere to HUD, IRC Section 42 and RD guidelines. In addition to overseeing her portfolio of clients, Heather serves as DOZ’s Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for overseeing the management of the firm, and working directly with the Executive Committee, Members, and department directors to ensure all areas of the firm are working together to meet clients’ needs and achieve the firm’s goals. Heather received her Bachelor of Science from Butler University and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Central Indiana, the Advisory Board for Women’s Affordable Housing Network and is a member and past Chairperson of the Indiana CPA Society Ethics Committee.
