Mr. Zeiler is the Chief Executive Officer and a Founding Member of Hudson Housing Capital. He is a member of the company’s Investment Committee responsible for approving all tax credit investments made by the company and its affiliates. Prior to the formation of Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Zeiler founded and was President of Z Real Estate Partners in 1991 to capitalize on acquisition opportunities in distressed real estate assets and to make select venture capital equity investments in real estate-related operating companies. Prior to forming Z Real Estate, Mr. Zeiler was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he specialized in structuring real estate investments for the firm and its clients with an emphasis on government subsidized housing.
