Samantha Cullen is a Director of Development for Vitus Group, a national affordable housing developer specializing in the preservation of affordable housing. She has been instrumental in building out the growth of Vitus’ development team and has experience in completing over $350 million in low-income housing tax credit syndications across 12 states.

She serves on the board of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition in Washington, D.C. and is active in the Council of Large Affordable Housing Owners (CLAHO). Samantha received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington State University. Samantha has been working in the affordable housing space for nearly a decade.
