Stacie Nekus is the Team Leader of Equity Investments for KeyBank’s Community Development Lending and Investing. She specializes in strategic growth in affordable housing and tax-incented investing, leading the Equity Growth Initiative for KeyBank Community Development Capital. Prior to her role at Key Bank, Stacie led capital market divisions for both national for profit and non-profit tax credit syndication firms, specializing in raising and placing equity fund investments by institutional and corporate investors. During the last 20 years, she has raised in excess of $5 billion in equity to create and preserve affordable housing.

Ms. Nekus has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years working in the affordable, investment, industrial and multi-family sectors.
