Amy Curry

Frost Brown Todd

Amy Curry is a Partner of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service law firm with 16 offices across eight states.  Amy leads the firm’s Multifamily Housing Industry Team from the Louisville, KY office and has extensive real estate, corporate and tax experience in affordable housing. With a team-based approach, Amy represents clients in structuring and closing new construction and rehabilitation deals involving state and federal low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and multiple layers of financing. Amy’s practice includes assisting clients with the asset management and servicing of their real estate and tax credit portfolios, including investor exits, refinancings, restructurings, and dispositions. Amy also has experience working with non-profit organizations on formation, tax exemption, governance, and community development issues.  Amy’s board and community service focuses on affordable housing and community development-related organizations.  She is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington and Duke University School of Law.
