Ms. Dickerson has specialized in banking and affordable housing for over 25 years including 18 years of real estate and affordable housing. She is responsible for working with investors, attorneys, accountants, and other consultants structuring tax credit investments and monitoring the performance of the tax credit funds. Prior to joining HCP, Ms. Dickerson was the Vice President of Investor Relations for a nationally recognized non-profit tax credit syndication responsible for the firm’s multi-investor and single-investor syndication platforms. Ms. Dickerson’s previous experience includes responsibilities in LIHTC underwriting, syndication and development as well as finance, training, human resources, real estate and operations while in banking. She is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University.
