Applications are now open for the AHTCC 2025 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence in honor of Charles L. Edson, celebrating outstanding affordable housing developments and organizations that have demonstrated impactful use of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit). Recipients will be recognized at a ceremony in Washington, DC on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, with Members of Congress representing selected properties invited to speak.
Property nominations may be submitted by development owners, syndicators, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Please feel free to share this announcement with your networks and encourage your partners to apply.
