Christina M Knuckles is the Senior Vice President and Head of Equity Syndications and Fund Management at KeyBank. Christina Knuckles leads the equity syndications and fund management team by providing strategic leadership, operational oversight from inception through disposition and managing investor relationships. Christina structures and manages fund development through due diligence, closing and post close fund management. Prior to coming to KeyBank, Christina was a Senior Fund Manager at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation where she managed 25 LIHTC, NMTC, HTC and RETC syndicated fund investments for third party investor totaling $1.3 Billion in equity.  During her 11 years tenure at US Bank CDC Christina also served as the Manager of LIHTC Financial Analysis and as an Affordable Housing Financial Analyst.  She holds a BS in Accounting from Truman State University and MBA from St. Louis University. She is a member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network.
