Kimberly Brown is Director of Dispositions at Vitus, where she leads capital event strategy across the portfolio, including dispositions, recapitalizations, and partner buyouts. She has played a central role in executing tax credit lease-ups, refinancings, and long-term asset strategies.

Prior to joining Vitus, she worked in commercial real estate finance at Citigroup and Moody’s. At Citigroup, she contributed to large loan and mezzanine financings, and at Moody’s she rated CMBS transactions and participated in the development of analytical methodologies.

She holds a degree in finance from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
