Noah Hale is the Managing Director, Development for Fairstead’s affordable team overseeing all LIHTC development activities for the firm across 28 states. Noah’s leadership both at and prior to Joining Fairstead has led to the creation of thousands of affordable homes across the country. Developments under Noah’s guidance have received national recognition for their quality, including EarthCraft Development of the year, LEED Spotlight, Charles L. Edson Development of the Year, and NAHB Affordable Development of the year. Noah holds leadership positions on several affordable housing focused organizations nationally and regularly acts as speaker at industry conferences. He considers himself a housing advocate first and seeks to not only expand affordable housing options for Americans across the country, but also to contribute to the national conversation on the future of the industry. Noah, like three generations of his family before him, first worked on the ground in the onsite management of affordable housing. Noah earned a BS in Resource Economics from the University of Florida and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown. He lives in Delray Beach, FL with his wife and three children.
