Todd J. Crow is Executive Vice President and Manager of Tax Credit Solutions for PNC Real Estate. Mr. Crow oversees all Tax Credit origination, syndication and management activities for PNC Real Estate. PNC Real Estate manages an equity portfolio of over $9 billion in invested capital while operating an industry leading debt and equity platform which invests in low and moderate income rental housing. Mr. Crow is also a licensed securities representative of PNC Capital Markets, Inc. A 25 year veteran of PNC, Mr. Crow assumed responsibility for LIHTC syndications for PNC Real Estate IN 1998, a position he held until being named to his current position in early 2009. Mr. Crow is active in a variety of professional and industry organizations including the Urban Land Institute and National Multi Housing Council.
