Casa Suenos is 4.2 miles southeast of downtown Oakland and is in proximity to shopping, employment, recreation, entertainment, and education opportunities, with health and safety services within 4.5 miles.

Amenities for this property include laundry facilities, a community room, elevators, a playground, and a picnic area. Occupancy of the 179 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) homes will be income-restricted to tenants at or below 60 percent of AMI and 20 percent AMI restricted homes will serve formerly homeless adults.

Financing for this property was facilitated by JPMorgan Chase and the National Affordable Housing Trust and development is a joint venture between BRIDGE Housing Corporation (BRIDGE) and the Spanish Speaking Unity Council of Alameda County (The Unity Council or TUC). Casa Suenos was developed using the 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
