The development offers a range of amenities including a community room with kitchen, an exercise room, a theater/media room, a playground, and in‑unit washer/dryers, serving households from 30-60% AMI alongside eight market‑rate homes. Located within one mile of parks, walking trails, a grocery store, a high school, retail centers, and public transportation, the property sits in a growing suburban corridor with strong demand for rental housing. The project is financed using 9 percent Low‑Income Housing Tax Credits and it was acquired by NEF through the Mountain Plains Equity Group acquisition in 2023.
