The design features a covered porte-cochere at the entrance leading to a first-floor amenity hub. Amenities include a dining area with catering kitchen, club room, fitness center, business center, and theater. A rooftop terrace offers skyline views, and three landscaped courtyards provide serene outdoor spaces. The site sits adjacent to Buffalo Bayou Park, giving residents direct access to trails, nature, and recreation key to senior wellness.
