Francis Village in Kirkland provides affordable homes for 60 low-income households, including formerly homeless veterans. The veterans living at Francis Village needed a leg up, support, and a home they could afford, and that’s what the Housing Credit was able to provide. 

At Francis Village, resident support staff help connect residents with resources for employment, healthcare, education, substance abuse or mental health counseling, legal assistance, and financial assistance when residents are unable to meet their basic needs.  

The property is also located nearby groceries, healthcare, education, public transportation, parks, and employment, providing access to the amenities and services that help residents thrive.
