Of these, 50 homes are restricted to families earning 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), while the remaining 17 homes are unrestricted based on income but targeted to families in the 40-60 percent AMI bracket to maintain affordability.

Amenities for this property include central open space, parks, community gardens, gazebos, and a renovated indoor basketball court, along with community support services. In addition to enhancing the community’s existing educational pipeline with a high-quality early education program, health and wellness facilities are being developed, including a health clinic, a new grocery store, and new sports fields.

Financing for this property was provided by Cinnaire and it was developed by Pennrose, LLC utilizing the 9 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
