Mountain View Heights is comprised of 365 homes of low rent public housing with a senior tower and two-family sites transformed through the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. The project’s three scattered sites are within less than a mile and a half of each other in the City of Hot Springs in Arkansas.

The two family sites consist of 245 homes and include a combination of one, two, three, and four bedroom homes. The senior tower is made up of 120 homes within one high rise structure that is 11 stories. The property was developed using the 4 percent Housing Credit by Knight Development, with financing facilitated by RBC Capital Markets and investment provided by CitiBank.

Mountain View Heights provides a community that is comfortable, convenient, and centered around its residents’ needs. Convenient amenities include beautifully landscaped grounds with outdoor lounging areas, including garden patios and a gazebo. Residents enjoy a community center featuring planned events and an on-site Resident Coordinator. Other resident services include on-site maintenance staff and an after-hours emergency call staff. The scenic location of the properties offers breathtaking mountain views.

The property is conveniently located near downtown Hot Springs and along the City of Hot Springs bus route. It oversees Hot Springs National Park which offers outdoor recreational opportunities such as walking and hiking trails. Other cultural and local amenities include the renowned Hot Springs spas and baths, nearby restaurants, Arkansas Petting Zoo, and two museums.
