This property was financed in part with the 9 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. The property was developed by The Housing Company, an independent nonprofit corporation formed by the Idaho Housing & Finance Authority, and financing for Pioneer Meadows was facilitated by R4 Capital LLC.
