Congressional Recognition
Remarks from U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE)
“Congratulations to The Cottages by Siena Francis House in Omaha for receiving the 2025 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence,” said Ricketts. “The goal of this tax credit is to make affordable housing. Since the One Big Beautiful Bill permanently enhanced the low-income housing tax credit, people seeking to build affordable housing have the resources they need to develop their communities. Commonsense housing reform benefits rural communities. It benefits hardworking Nebraskans. It benefits local businesses and creates jobs. It builds and sustains the Good Life.”
