Now renamed “The Landmark,” the interior has been renovated to include 92 apartments and 18 commercial offices. Today, The Landmark offers 94 updated affordable one- and two-bedroom homes, preserving its historic charm while serving current tenants and retail occupants. Of the 94 homes, 18 are reserved for individuals earning 30 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), 38 homes for those earning 50 percent AMI, and 38 homes for those earning 60 percent AMI.
The Landmark also provides convenient access to local on-site retail and a restaurant. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, a community room, a fitness room, bicycle parking, and resident storage.
Financing for this property was provided by Cinnaire, and it was developed by Gorman & Company, utilizing the 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
