Statement of Support from Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL)
“The affordability crisis has impacted every corner of Americans’ lives, including their ability to rent an apartment or afford a home. After enacting the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, it’s critical that we support programs and incentives that put safe, affordable homes within Americans’ reach. I’m encouraged to see the New Broadview earn the 2026 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence for its effort to provide affordable housing to veterans in East St. Louis.”
