Paddock at Grandview Apartments is an affordable housing community consisting of 240 homes in 10 three-story, walk up buildings plus a one-story clubhouse building. There are 24 one-bedroom/one-bath homes, 108 two-bedroom/two bath homes and 108 three-bedroom/two-bath homes. Each apartment has an electric range, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The property is in the northern section of Nashville and occupies approximately 13.4 acres of land. Construction was completed in the fall of 2017.
There is an on-site clubhouse which includes a community room with a kitchen, a management and leasing office, a business center with computers and a copier, internet access and fitness room. Additionally, there is a swimming pool with an adjacent picnic area and a playground with equipment, as well as video surveillance, perimeter fencing and over 500 parking spaces onsite.
Social services offered include an after-school children’s club, a summer lunch program for area children, tutoring at the property’s computer center, as well as DARE and Great Start programs. The property management company partners with local nonprofits who administer the services and utilize the available clubhouse space at the property. There are no costs to the residents or the property for these services.
