This highly anticipated Public/Private Partnership mixed-use development, designed by Shapiro & Company with Elmington Capital, includes commercial spaces, townhomes, apartments, and independent senior living. Key features of the development include buildings with surface parking concealed in parking courts, while townhomes and apartments face the neighborhood’s open park. The senior living and community areas are situated along a city-wide green walking and biking trail.

The community comprises a total of 219 homes, including 63 independent senior living apartments, 131 apartments with one-two, and three-bedroom flats, and twenty-five townhomes. The development spans 9 acres with a density of 25 homes per acre.

The project received THDA’s Tennessee Best Neighborhood Stabilization Award 2023 and was financed by HUD and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
