The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition convened its 2026 Annual Meeting in Miami, Florida on January 28-29, 2026. Attendees participated in educational sessions focused on housing policy following the historic expansion of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) in 2025. The meeting featured remarks from Representative María Elvira Salazar (R-FL-27), insightful industry panels, and valuable networking opportunities. Members also elected AHTCC officers for 2026, discussed the AHTCC’s legislative agenda and advocacy efforts ahead of an election year, voted on AHTCC’s 2026 Legislative and Regulatory Priorities, and took part in committee meetings.
