The AHTCC is seeking to expand our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) Property Gallery, a virtual portfolio of over 250 Housing Credit properties located across the country. In addition to highlighting properties online and creating a visual demonstration of the impact of the Housing Credit, the AHTCC shares these property portfolios with members of Congress and their staff as part of our advocacy efforts to demonstrate the impact that safe, decent, and affordable housing can have on communities throughout America.
We invite all affordable housing stakeholders to submit Housing Credit properties by clicking here. Note that the button will bring you to a form to submit property information where most fields are optional – you do not need to complete all fields to submit a property.
