Brandon Courtyard Apartments, developed by Volunteers of America National Services, is a newly constructed residential building about 3 miles west of downtown Denver, Colorado. The property houses 47 one-bedroom rental homes, 45 two-bedroom rental homes and 11 three-bedroom homes. Fifty-nine homes are set aside as permanent supportive housing (PSH) for the formerly homeless and the remaining homes are general occupancy. Syndication for this property was provided by National Affordable Housing Trust.

Property amenities include a multipurpose lobby area with community kitchen, on-site management, enclosed terrace and courtyard, rooftop terrace, play areas, classrooms, access to computers, coffee bar, storage units for rent, secured entrances, video surveillance, 24/7 front desk staff, and additional services for the permanent supportive housing residents.

Twenty homes are restricted to residents with incomes at or below 30% AMHI, 39 homes are restricted to residents with incomes at or below 40% AMHI, one home is restricted to residents with incomes at or below 50% AMHI, and 43 homes will be restricted to residents with incomes at or below 60% AMHI. 59 of the homes have been set aside for people with disabilities, people experiencing homelessness, or veterans.
