Brandon Courtyard Apartments, developed by Volunteers of America National Services, is a newly constructed residential building about 3 miles west of downtown Denver, Colorado. The property houses 47 one-bedroom rental homes, 45 two-bedroom rental homes and 11 three-bedroom homes. Fifty-nine homes are set aside as permanent supportive housing (PSH) for the formerly homeless and the remaining homes are general occupancy. Property amenities include a multipurpose lobby area with community kitchen, on-site management, enclosed terrace and courtyard, rooftop terrace, play areas, classrooms, access to computers, coffee bar, storage units for rent, secured entrances, video surveillance, 24/7 front desk staff, and additional services for the permanent supportive housing residents.
Twenty homes are restricted to residents with incomes at or below 30% AMHI, 39 homes are restricted to residents with incomes at or below 40% AMHI, one home is restricted to residents with incomes at or below 50% AMHI, and 43 homes will be restricted to residents with incomes at or below 60% AMHI. 59 of the homes have been set aside for people with disabilities, people experiencing homelessness, or veterans.
