Of the 65 homes, 59 have Tenant Protection Vouchers, and the remaining six homes have QHA Project Based Vouchers. There are 21 one-bedroom homes, 27 two-bedroom homes, 15 three-bedroom homes, and 2 four-bedroom homes. Frederick Ball Apartments is funded in part by the Illinois Housing Development Authority resources including 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Illinois Affordable Housing Tax Credits and Trust Fund Loan. The property is jointly owned by Brinshore and the QHA. Construction finished in December 2021.
