ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL

Heart’s Place is a new construction permanent supportive housing development providing 18 homes for people living with disabilities in Arlington Heights, IL. The development includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished and with project-based rental assistance. Management coordinates with local service agencies to enable tenants to live independently through individual service plans focused on ensuring tenants remain housed, live well in the community, and have a path to their desired quality of life. Heart’s Place was sponsored by Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) and developed by UP Development (UPD).
