Hollander Ridge, developed by The NHP Foundation and Housing Authority of Baltimore City, provides 94 scattered homes in affluent neighborhoods throughout Baltimore with majority of properties owner-occupied homes. All homes on the property are set aside for families earning 50 percent or less of the Area Median Income. The property utilized the 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.

Hollander Ridge’s Resident Services Program is operated by NHPF’s subsidiary Operation Pathways (“OP”). Operation Pathways has 25 years of experience providing programs and services to residents living in NHPF’s affordable housing communities. The part-time resident services coordinator offers one-on-one individualized coaching to residents through a strength-based approach called Family-Centered Coaching. Operation Pathways provides programs and services through four different pathways: Academic Achievement, Financial Stability, Healthier Living, and Aging in Place.

The 5 ADA homes meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act including: an accessible route from the street into the house which includes an ADA compliant ramp, room configurations to meet all required turning radiuses, bathroom configuration complete with grab bars, shower seat, modified tub controls, kitchens modified for wheelchair access, and resilient floor with ADA required doorway enclosures.
