The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) hosted the 2026 Fall Meeting and Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence on Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24 in Washington, DC.
During the event, attendees heard remarks from members of Congress, including Affordable Housing Champion Award honorees Senate Finance Committee Chairman Mike Crapo (R-ID) and House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing & Insurance Chairman Mike Flood (R-NE-1). The ten winning properties that received the 2026 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence were also celebrated and recognized for strengthening communities, improving resident opportunities and supporting local economies across the country. In addition, staff from key congressional offices shared updates on current legislative priorities, and advocates provided insights into the latest issues affecting the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit).
The following day, Thursday, September 24, 2026, the AHTCC coordinated congressional meetings for attendees. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined these meetings and supported our ongoing advocacy efforts.

During the 2026 Fall Meeting, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Mike Crapo (R-ID) was honored with the Affordable Housing Champion Award. 2026 David L. Reznick Lifetime Achievement Award
The 2026 David L. Reznick Lifetime Achievement Award was designated posthumously to Bryan Keller, RubinBrown LLP for outstanding contributions to the affordable housing community. His award was accepted by his family with tributes shared by Maureen Reichert and Shelley Woll of RubinBrown LLP.
