In a tribute article, Robert Moss, Director of Governmental Affairs for CohnReznick, writes about two affordable housing industry pioneers whom we lost in the past weeks. Ken Baggett helped to create the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition and served as CohnReznick’s Chairman of the Board and formerly as Co-CEO of CohnReznick. Herb Collins was instrumental in the creation of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and helped to found Boston Capital, the Housing Advisory Group, and the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing. The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry will continue to be deeply impacted by their passion and leadership.
