Native American Connections’ (NAC’s) Dunlap Pointe provides 54 supportive homes for chronically homeless individuals with a preference for veterans in Phoenix’s socioeconomically diverse Sunnyslope neighborhood with bountiful mountain views. The property is adjacent to NAC’s Patina Mountain Preserve, which provides 48 homes for the individuals impacted by a variety of health issues, particularly drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Together, this campus provides a safe secure environment with rich and holistic supportive services using best practices from NAC’s over 45-year history providing safe, stable homes to Arizonans. Each home is deliberately designed to empower and calm residents with support services provided by NAC’s experienced dedicated staff.

NAC has been improving community health and wellness and increasing housing stability for individuals, youth, and families with children since 1972. NAC’s mission is, “Improving the lives and individuals and families through Native American culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing and community development services”.
