El Segundo Boulevard Apartments are located in the Skid Row neighborhood of Los Angeles, a 54-block area of downtown that has been a center for L.A.’s homeless population since the 1930s. It is estimated that roughly 2,700 homeless residents live in Skid Row. El Segundo provides 68 affordable homes to help address this problem.
