Los Olivos is the acquisition and rehabilitation of an existing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property with 68 homes in six two-story buildings in Sacramento, California. The property, developed by Pacific Development Group, was originally constructed in 1972, and was previously renovated with LIHTC in 1997.

The development features a fully equipped community kitchen, a computer area, a basketball court, an accessible swimming pool and spa, on-site laundry, a playground, 79 off-street parking spaces, multiple BBQ/picnic areas, and wireless internet access. Additionally, the development is located just off of highway 50 and walking distance from the Light Rail. The 4% Housing Credit was used to finance the property, with syndication provided by Hunt Capital Partners, LLC.
